Delivered solutions to complex and challenging applications
We are proud to announce that our well-experienced engineering team delivered solutions to some of the most ambitious industrial applications.
In collaboration with the customer, Control Tech Solutions developed and delivered personalized solutions to various customers. We have set our mark in precision applications in heavy material handling, welding fixtures, indexers along with others.
Out of these, we would like to elaborate on the below applications,
- Delivered the complete solution from design, and implementation to delivery to lift and rotate 80 tons of load with an 8 M distance with a final accuracy of less than 0.2 mm
- Provided the welding H frame fixture having gearbox torque carrying capacity of 4500 Nm.
- Supplied with accuracy on a 50-micron rotary table for a virtual inspection system with a table diameter of 2 M.
